Acg Hotels Sunset Beach - Alanya

Great views of the sea from the room balcony and the beach is a short walk away. the restaurant had different types of food for every meal and snacks were served throughout the day. Plus, the pool was clean and refreshing.

The entertainment was terrible, the staff was unenthusiastic and did not seem to enjoy their jobs. the room was outdated and smelled musty.

the hotel's location directly on the beach provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel had excellent facilities, including a refreshing pool and a well-equipped gym.

I did notice that the hotel's English proficiency among staff members was limited, which sometimes made communication a bit challenging.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family. The food was always fresh and varied, and we loved the facilities, such as the spacious beach with a large pier and the great water slides. The location was ideal, close to the city center with plenty of activities to do nearby.

The room we had was a bit noisy due to the air conditioning and the beer wasn't great. , there were too many noisy guests who didn't treat the food and facilities with respect.

the private facilities provided were exclusive and of high standard, meeting our needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and made us feel valued. the swimming pool area and lounge were well-maintained and offered beautiful views. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
